Polka Dot Matrix | Earth Day 2024

This eclectic Earth-themed mix was reconstructed from a live deejay set I performed at the Freeform Portland studio from noon-2 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 19, 2024.

The set starts off with Bobby “The Polish Prince” Vinton, followed by an introduction featuring “The Romantic Voice of Zihuatanejo” Manuel Oregon Corona. Then I blast off on a trip around the big blue marble with stops in Nigerian rock, Australian freak-folk, British goth, Minneapolis funk, a duo of nuevo conjunto Tex-Mex canciones, softcore Polish disco, a lo-fi show tune, acid jazz, new wave, and orchestral electronica.
