Polka Dot Matrix # 1
Here’s the first mix I’ve completed in a while, with many of the selections pulled from the first episode of my new radio show, “Polka Dot Matrix,” which debuted on the Freeform Portland radio station on Sept. 22, 2023 — coincidentally, also the date of Tangerine Dream in concert at Revolution Hall, which I attended that night.
Near the end of the mix is an extended recording from the band’s 1974 concerts in Warsaw. The set closes with another song from the soundtrack of the David Lynch film “Inland Empire” (the first song “Polish Poem” also appears on the soundtrack). Na przyjemności!
